To partner with nonprofit leaders to build mission-aligned strategies, streamline operations, and implement practical, technology-informed solutions so their organizations can work more efficiently, communicate more clearly, and better serve their communities.
Integrity of Mission: I help organizations stay grounded in their purpose by ensuring every strategy, system, and story aligns with their core mission and values.
Practical Partnership: I meet nonprofits where they are. Whether you’re building from scratch or refining existing systems, I work alongside you to create realistic and actionable solutions.
Human-Centered Support: I recognize that behind every nonprofit are people striving to make a difference. I prioritize the well-being of individuals and teams, knowing that effective systems must support those who use them.
Clarity Through Communication: I believe strong communication, both internal and external, is the foundation of success. From board collaboration to donor messaging, I help make your message clear and compelling.
Community Impact: My work is driven by the desire to help organizations better serve their communities. I understand that strong systems and strategic planning are about more than efficiency because they are about making a lasting difference.
I am deeply committed to giving back and supporting the communities I’m part of through active leadership and volunteer roles. I currently serve as Chair of the Advancement and Engagement Committee for the St. Lawrence University Alumni Council, helping to strengthen connections among alumni and support the university’s mission.
Locally, I serve as Finance Chair for the Visit Leadville-Twin Lakes Tourism Panel, contributing to the economic vitality and promotion of our beautiful region. I am also a member of the Leadville Regional Airport Authority and Secretary of the Leadville Housing Authority, where I help guide strategic decisions that impact housing and transportation in our community.
In addition to these leadership roles, I work with the National Mining Museum and Hall of Fame in Leadville, supporting grants, fundraising operations, and board engagement to help preserve and promote our region’s rich mining heritage.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with a variety of organizations including the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, Cloud City Wheelers, Colorado Mountain Club, Limestone Creek Hunt, and the Lake George Land Conservancy. These experiences have deepened my commitment to mission-driven work and community service.
